Stay active and motivated at home! Just because gyms are closed due to COVID-19 doesn’t mean that you can’t stay active…

Even if you don’t have much equipment at home, you can still do body weight workouts. You can also utilize simple things around the house. Do box jumps on a bench, use a cloth grocery bag with weights as a kettlebell, do ring dips off of a chair, or even make your own dumbbells. I made mine out of an old broom handle and weight plates.
